Inorder to have the temporary URL working, you may need to enable it in WHM first.
Enable “mod_userdir” under WHM > SecurityCenter
If it doesn’t work, then add the below entry in apache configuration file
vi /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
UserDir enabled username (cpanel user name)
